Pixley Ellie Printed 3/4 Sleeve Blouse in Black $48 Status: Returned
I love the whimsical print on this top! The elephant print is adorable! This top is very airy, light, and comfortable! I paired this great top with Kut from the Kloth boyfriend jeans I received in a previous Fix and some of my favorite Chloe and Isabel accessories! I am a nursing instructor and am very animated when I teach. These sleeves aren’t as bad, but usually 3/4 sleeves annoy me when I am moving around. This is the only reason I returned this lovely top!
Absolutely Cydnie Lace Shoulder Detail Pullover in Off-White $54 AND Just Black Addison Skinny Jean in Burgundy $88 Status: PERFECT FALL OUTFIT! KEPT!
You wanna talk about a win!! This outfit is made for me!!! First, the sweater is incredibly soft and comfortable! I can see this being a great outfit for those cool mornings when I have an early morning travel itinerary. This is “airplane comfy” approved! The lace detail at the sleeves adds such a feminine touch to an otherwise plain sweater. It’s so girly…and I LOVE it!
Just Black jeans are currently my absolute favorite brand of jeans! Fit is usually an issue I have with jeans, but not with this brand. The color of these is so beautiful and different. They are also extremely soft! They are made of rayon which adds to the softness. These are going to be great for long travel days or hanging out with friends and family around town. I paired this look with the BC Footwear booties and the Morningtide necklace from Chloe and Isabel.
BC Footwear Communal Ankle Strap Bootie in Brown $80 Status: RETURNED
Gosh, I LOVE these cute booties! They are so different from everything I own! The rich chocolate-brown is very easy to wear as well. Very comfortable and great for long wear! I only returned these because of price. I was able to find a very similar (in style, not necessarily quality) pair that weren’t as expensive. These were hard to return, though!
Skies are Blue Delaine Belted Shirt Dress in Burgundy $68 Status: RETURNED
Well, to say I wasn’t kind of heartbroken about having to send this one back would be a lie! This dress was so beautiful on! It was pretty comfortable, but there were a few fit issues. First, the belt is a part of the dress and it kept shifting. Also, every time I raised my arms above chest level, the dress started coming up! I don’t want to have to adjust my clothing a lot while I teach. That can be very distracting! But, goodness…it’s so cute! I paired this with some of my favorite stacked heels and Chloe and Isabel accessories from the new Fall collection!
Lauren rocked it out this month, sending me a great 2/5 (really could have been 5/5 if not for fit issues) Fix! I absolutely love my kept items! Your girl is Fall ready!
